Xchanger Mechanical uses a variety of measures to clean and inspect shell and tube heat exchangers.  These methods will allow the heat exchanger to be restored to "Like New" condition.

• Use mechanical brushes or scrapers to clean each tube
• Immerse a heat exchanger in an ultra sound cleaning tank.
• Immerse a heat exchanger in a heated bio-degradable chemical.  The heat exchanger is cleaned by agitating the cleaning solution, mimicking a jacuzzi.
• Use of high pressure heated water to clean surfaces.
